The empiric relations are fitted to the simulation results. We used the value $D_{GFP} = 82 \pm 2 μ m^{2} / s$ for GFP and its mutant protein in solution [38]. The last relation is then deduced from the first two for P_f=1.0 and a NRO volume fraction of 37%.
